Covid 19 Information


  Dear Guests

We are looking forward welcoming you to our Self Catering Apartment, we will do our very best to ensure that your stay is a pleasant and safe one.


Self Catering Apartment Implemented measures


For Guests' piece of mind, the apartment is the only one here so no worrying about lots of other people.  It also has its own separate entrance and courtyard area.  Parking is in a private car park and your cars are next to the entrance to the apartment.



This will be done by one of us and one member of the arriving party,

Mask to be warn,

this will include a quick run-through of the apartment and any questions.


Late check-in, can also be done when needed by Key safe, code will be texted to you on the day.


The apartment will be deep cleaned after every stay, given the new conditions depending on how the apartment has been left cleaning times may take longer than

4.00 pm check-in

Guests arriving will be texted this information on the day.



We ask Guests to please leave the apartment clean and tidy and on time at 10.00 am.


General Changes

Towels and bedding are washed in Ariel Antibacterial powder Kills 99.999%.  

Guest are quite welcome to bring their own bedding and towels, please let us know.

Antibacterial hand wash bottles will be put into both en-suite bathrooms, separate toilet, and kitchen.

All kitchen utensils etc are dish-washed after every stay.


Guests’ responsibilities

  • To bring Mask for booking in
  • To remove all rubbish from bins including bathrooms and put them in the appropriate black bag provided and then put into the bin outside.
  • To remove bedding and leave it in a bag provided.
  • To remove towels and put them in a bag provided.
  • Any contents from the fridge to be removed and binned if not taken with you.



We will leave a 4 pint of milk some individual Jams for breakfast but coffee, tea, and sugar. Toilet rolls x2 will be left in each bathroom and toilet.


Important notice


In the event of Guest being diagnosed with Covid 19 while staying at Candlelight, they will have to self isolate and follow Government guidelines on self Isolation.  If this means Guests are unable to Travel and return to their own property, Guest will expected to pay all costs while staying at Candlelight.


Deposits and payments


If Guests are found to have contracted Covid 19 before their arrival and have to cancel, Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancelation cost  as full payment is required up to  28 days before arrival.
