A minimum stay of 3 nights, discounted for stays of 7 nights. Please ring direct to discuss longer stays.

Self Catering Apartment booking policy

A deposit of £50 is required.

Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival.

The deposit of £50 will be refunded if cancelled more than 28 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or less before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a 'no show' or booking reduction (after arrival date) or ringing after an agreed check in time on the day to say you are not coming, the full cost of the booking is charged.

Important notice

In the event of Guests being diagnosed with Covid 19 while staying at Candlelight they will have to self-isolate and follow Government guidelines on self-isolation. If this means Guests are unable to travel and return to their own property, they will be expected to pay all costs while staying at Candlelight.

Deposits and payments

If Guests are found to have contracted Covid 19 before their arrival and have to cancel, Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancelation cost as full payment is required up to 28 days before arrival.
